The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead projects and guide development teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop detailed technical designs, including data models, integration, and security.
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the delivered solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  

Skills:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data modelling and database design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Experience with other CRM platforms is a plus.
